What’s kept you coming back to the Merton for Ten seasons?

Enjoyment of the varied role I have and working with a wide range of talented acts from around the world.

What’s the best part of your job?

I love how varied it can be depending upon the time of year and the different acts and shows we have.

Having worked previously as a dancer/performer, it has been insightful to work on the other side, actually producing and running the tech side of shows and entertainment. I have learned and developed new skills including hosting and presenting as myself, as opposed to being a character.

What would your advice be to someone thinking of moving to the island to work at The Merton?

You need to be willing to learn new skills and be willing to try new ideas and experiences.
