Seymour Hotels gave me an opportunity to go back to college to further my career and studies.

My favourite part of being a Chef is doing my job and carrying out my responsibility knowing that I have an opportunity to progress.

What’s the most important thing you have learned from your head chef?

The Head Chef has taught me how to build my confidence and to be proud of my work, amongst many things.
