Fine wine and great food! What more can you ask for in life?

Join us on Thursday 28th March as we welcome newly appointed Master of Wine, Mr Jonas Tofterup, to host a very special wine tasting with dinner here at our country house hotel, in partnership with Dunell's Premier Wines.

During this exclusive evening you'll dine on a sumptuous four-course tasting menu, curated by our head chef Lukasz Piestraz, whilst pairing the finest ingredients Jersey has to offer with a selection of Chile's finest wines.

Dunell's are the island's most trusted wine aficionados, and they'll be bringing an assortment of wines from two of Chile's best loved vineyards, Caballo Loco and Valdivieso.

This menu has been tried tested - and tested again - by both our kitchen team and the Dunell's team. We can confirm the pairings are sublime, and the local delicacies match like a dream with the Chilean wines.
