Pinkhills - when Greenhills turns pink!

Greenhills is having a makeover this October, when it become Pinkhills for a day as dozens of islanders and visitors come together to raise money for After Breast Cancer (ABC), Jersey.

Throughout this special evening, which includes a champagne reception, delicious four course dinner and a charity raffle with great prizes. All of this for only £45.00 per person. Seymour Hotel's will donate 50% of all takings to ABC, Jersey.

Mouth-watering menu

The evening will start with the champagne reception at 7pm before we move onto a gorgeous dinner that has been specially created for the evening by our head chef, Lukasz Pietrasz. Dishes include starters such as Jersey lobster tail medallions, wild boar & venison terrine or chickory tart with walnut and pear salad, whilst salmon fillet, spiced cauliflower terrine or cannon of lamb will tickle the taste buds during the main course.

We'll round the evening off with a grand prize raffle and drinks in our bar and lounge, all of which means you'll have great fun whilst also raising funds for a brilliant local charity.

After the evening, stay the night!

Our support for ABC doesn't just stop after the evening's events have concluded. We are also offering a special overnight rate starting from £80 for our guests, with 50% of the price being donated to the charity. After a wonderful nights rest, begin the next day by enjoying our delicious breakfast in the dining room, or make the most of the weekend retreat by requesting the meal be served straight to your room!
