Wellness weekends in Jersey
Just a one hour flight from most UK airports, Jersey provides a hassle-free island break for folks looking to get away from it all for a few days.
Recharging your batteries is easy on an island where you're never more than 10 minutes from the sea. But as much respite as crystal clear seas and pristine white sand can bring, there are other ways to have a nourishing wellness weekend in Jersey.
Here a few things we recommend.
Spa treatments at Greenhills
If it's a country escape you're looking for, then you made the right choice to stay with us at Greenhills and you'll be happy to know we offer a wide range of spa treatments right here at the hotel with our onsite treatment space run by the ladies at The Massage Agency.
Their popular ‘tapas’ treatments allow you to build your own individual spa day. All their products are Voya, which is owned by an Irish family who use hand harvested, highly effective seaweed. All products are vegan friendly, halal friendly and certified organic from shore to shelf.
Our beautiful new treatment suite, available exclusively for hotel guests and local residents, allows couples and friends to enjoy their treatment experience in the same room. Subtle, natural decorations allow you to switch off from the world and enjoy our outstanding therapies.

Beach yoga
Jersey's beaches make the perfect backdrop for many sports and activities, but none more so than yoga. Taking place in the early morning or at sunset, beach yoga sessions are the perfect way to start or end your day.
Most beach yoga sessions take place at either St Brelade's Bay or St Ouen's Bay, depending on the tides. Both locations are just a 10 minute drive or 30 minute cycle from Greenhills.
Visit Jersey have put together a handy list of Yoga practitioners in the island, many who offer beach yoga when the weather forecast is good.
Sea swimming
You don't need to spend a penny to make the most of the revitalising power of the sea. Jersey has so many beautiful, peaceful swimming spots where you can escape the crowds, even on busy summer days.
If you're looking for a quiet morning dip that's close to our hotel, we recommend heading to Beauport, Plémont or Bel Croute.
Always remember to check the tides before swimming. These quieter spots do not have beach lifeguards on duty, so please be careful whilst swimming there.
Cycling and walking
A stroll or ride amongst nature can do as much for the soul as any treatment. At Greenhills we're surrounded by some of Jersey's most picturesque green lanes and walking routes.
A new cycle path connects St Peter's valley with the island's network of trails. With this vital link, guests can set off to explore the entire island by bicycle.
If you'd prefer to go by foot then let us direct you to Visit Jersey's walking resources. The island is truly a walkers paradise.
Rested, relaxed and revitalised
Whatever flavour of wellness weekend you fancy, Jersey has you covered. And when you choose Greenhills as your base - with our luxurious rooms, superb restaurant, cozy bar and beautiful gardens - you can be sure you'll feel thoroughly pampered and relaxed!
