Wine, cocktails and canapés to celebrate our 2019 opening

After our short winter break, it's always a fantastic feeling when we throw open our doors and get back to doing what we do best - welcoming guests! This year, to celebrate the start of the 2019 season, we hosted an extravagant little get together with some special guests and business partners.

The evening gave our guests a chance to explore our fine dining venues and discreet meeting rooms, whilst enjoying wine tasting, cocktails and delicious canapés prepared by our Head Chef, Lukasz Pietrasz. 

Our good friends at Love Wine were in charge of the drinks, taking guests through a blind tasting session and whipping up a delicious range of cocktails.

Our waiting staff, not to be outdone, promptly rolled out the flambé trolly and put on a magnificent spectacle of fire-fuelled cooking. The crowd were thoroughly entertained - and the prawns & scallops weren't bad either!

Thanks to Signature Coaches for getting those who didn't fancy driving home safely and in style.

Evenings like this provide our team with the chance to sharpen their hosting skills before another busy events season gets into full swing. Roll on 2019!
