Delicious food for every dietary requirement

We know holiday meal times can be stressful, especially when you’ve got a little one with special dietary requirements. But as Jersey’s family friendly hotel, our chefs are more than happy to whip up gluten-free, nut-free, diabetic friendly, vegan & vegetarian dishes whenever you need them.

We recently hosted the Passingham family whose youngest daughter is a type 1 diabetic and coeliac. Initially they were concerned about taking their young family on holiday due to the medication and dietary requirements, but after a week at the Merton they couldn't wait to return. In a thank you card addressed to management and staff they wrote:

"We cannot tell you how much we have enjoyed our time here, it's been amazing and we can't wait to come back. A huge thank you to all staff in The Belvedere restaurant as they managed to find something our daughter could eat!"

Buffet style breakfasts

Breakfasts in The Belvedere are served buffet style. Choose from fresh pastries, croissants, cereals or a hearty full English breakfast with all the trimmings. Plenty of hot vegetarian options are available, and if you or your family have any special dietary requirements, please just ask!

Spend lunchtime poolside

For lunch, kids love sitting poolside at Cascades Café Bar. Here they can choose from a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, wraps, salads and healthy snacks - or even a mini pizza and ice cream if they want a treat.

Delicious dinners for all

Jersey Joe’s is a hotspot for kids at night. Our retro American diner serves mouth-watering burgers, wicked chicken wings, pulled pork sliders and everyone’s favourite - ice cream sundaes!

If you’d prefer a sit down meal and some precious family time, then head to Bonetti’s, our authentic Italian restaurant. The kids' menu is packed full of Italian classics that always go down a storm. And for the adults? Well our extensive wine list should top off what has no doubt been another fantastic day in Jersey.
