What's on in September at the Merton

September is here and even though summer 2021 is drawing to a close, our evening entertainment schedule is showing no sign of slowing down.

If you've booked a stay with us this September, here are just a handful of the amazing acts you might get to see in the Star Room.

The amazing Michael Hutchings returns

It's always music to our ears when the entertainment team book this man. Internationally renowned singer, Michael Hutchings, will be back at the Merton for two shows in September.

During Michael's illustrious career he's toured the world performing an eclectic mix of much loved music.

You can catch Michael on the Star Room stage at 21.30 on Saturday 11th & Saturday 18th of September.

Comedian Lee Lard rounds off a hilarious holiday season

Lee Lard, one of the kings of the Merton comedy evenings is back for in September for one night only to round off his summer season in style. Lee's tribute to Peter Kay always gets the crowd in stitches and we can't wait to see what he has lined up for his summer finale.

Mr Lard will be performing on the following dates:

The Genuine Jerseys spice up two Tuesdays in September

Tuesday isn't usually known as the most exciting day of the week. Unless you've stayed at then Merton that is.

This September the much loved Genuine Jerseys will be joining us for two Tuesday spectaculars.

The Genuine Jerseys are renowned for their pitch perfect performances of songs made famous by Frankie Valli and the Four seasons, The Overtones and many more.

You can catch the boys perform at 21.30 on the following dates:

Last chance to catch summer 2021's number 1 hit - Rock Rhapsody

Rock Rhapsody has been an absolute HIT with our guests this year. The newly introduced show is sure to blow away the cobwebs after a long week!

Expect a loud, energetic performance of songs from some of the greatest rock bands of all time including Queen, Bon Jovi, Oasis, The Killers and more.

Rock Rhapsody will be live for the final time in 2021 at 21.30 on Friday 3rd September.
