Our amazing instructors will give you the energy and motivation to achieve your goals and deliver fitness results. 

Our range of classes will inspire you to discover new training styles and techniques, keeping you motivated with other like-minded members. Taking part in a session is:

  • FREE for Premium Members
  • £5 per class for Club Members
  • £6 per class for Guests

We have a choice of classes to complement any training programme. See our class timetable for details.

Our winter timetable will commence on 4th November 2024 and finish on 28th March 2025.
Classes will not run on a Bank Holiday.

CLASSES AVAILABLE

ZUMBA GOLD
Modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
BODY SCULPT INTERVAL
Focuses on sculpting and toning arms, core, glutes, and legs. Exercises involve completing reps using a different equipment.
PILATES
Focuses specifically on core muscles and helps promote flexibility, balance and strength, plus improves posture. Small balls, resistance bands might be used. Feel leaner and longer!
DYNAMIC YOGA
Release tension in poses whilst maintaining good posture and alignment. Finish with delicious deep conscious rest. Benefits, muscles are toned and stretched, joints mobilised and lubricated, increased flexibility. Recharge your body & mind!
ZUMBA STEP
Lower-body workout that incorporates Zumba routines and step aerobics with Latin dance rhythms.
MAGIC BARS
A workout with bars that challenges all major muscle groups. Use your power!
FIT BODY BALL
A class using a stability ball, challenging balance and core stability. It helps strengthen the whole body and improves body alignment. Strive for progress!
STRETCH & RELAX YOGA
A combination of dynamic stretching Yoga, which is stretching with movement and relaxation techniques which involves of the loosening of bodily and mental tension.
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH
Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. It tones upper and lower body using resistance like weights, bars, bands and your own body weight.
CIRCUITS
Focuses on body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. Challenge yourself!
SOMATIC YOGA
Felt sense movement and breath work based classes to help optimise alignment in the body, release held muscular tension, regulate the nervous system and de-stress.
AQUA AEROBICS
A water-based class that's a low-impact way to exercise, making it a safe and enjoyable workout for all levels of fitness.
YOGALATES
Yoga meets Pilates in this fun and empowering fitness style that will give you a complete workout, blending the best of both worlds by balancing strength and flexibility work.
AQUA ZUMBA
This high-energy, water-based workout combines the best of Zumba's Latin-inspired dance moves with the low-impact benefits of aqua fitness.

Our outdoor pool will close for the winter season on Sunday 3rd November 2024 and will reopen in April 2025
