Jersey removes all travel restrictions and border testing
From 7th February, Jersey has made the move to remove all travel restrictions introduced in the wake of the Covid outbreak to pre-pandemic standards. This means that, regardless of your travel history or vaccination status, all travelers are welcome to Jersey and are no longer required to complete an entry form on arrival. This is the next step in the Government of Jersey’s plan to phase out all Covid restrictions on the island by the end of March.
This comes as welcome news to the local tourism industry and is providing us with a very exciting outlook for the year ahead. We can’t wait to welcome back visitors to the island from all reaches of the world.
Last year Jersey was fortunate to benefit from being included in the common travel area, allowing easier travel between Jersey and the UK. We’re now looking forward to being able to accept many more returning visitors from Germany, France and further afield.
If a Jersey holiday is on your radar this year, don’t forget to view our offers pages for the Pomme d’Or Hotel, the Merton Hotel, and Greenhills Country House Hotel, or give our friendly reservations team a call on 0845 800 5555 to discuss options for your perfect island visit.
