Hotel rooms snapped up for Super League Triathlon

In a little over a month on the 28th and 29th of September, the world's best triathletes will descend on St Helier for the third annual Super League Triathlon event. The fast, frenetic and frankly awe-inspiring racing takes place just a 5 minute stroll from The Pomme, making our rooms hot property for the weekend-long event. 

The best of the best expected to compete

Super League Triathlon events always attract a fine crop of talent. This year British Olympian and fan favourite Jonny Brownlee is expected to race, fresh from his win at Singapore's event. 

Local lad Olly Turner will be flying the Jersey flag. Currently sitting at 17th in the rankings, Olly hopes his course knowledge and the raucous local crowd will spur him on to his best result yet. 

The UK is also well represented in the Elite Women's race with four strong competitors, including former Commonwealth champion Jodie Stimpson, all looking to record season best results.

The Pomme is just minutes away from the competition arena. It's a great place to enjoy lunch and a drink before heading across the road to watch the afternoon's action. The Café Bar is perfect for a quick bite on both the Saturday and Sunday. If you prefer something heartier, then a visit to the triathlon would be the perfect way to burn off a delicious Sunday carvery enjoyed in the Harbour Room restaurant.
