Meet Stacey, our Front of House Manager

When you walk through the doors of the Pomme d'Or, the first people you'll meet are dedicated to ensuring every element of your stay is first class.

Whether you have a question about the hotel, would like to book a night out in St Helier or have suggestions that would make the hotel even better, the Front of House team, led by Stacey McHarg- Nowak, will work tirelessly to help you.

As Front of House Manager, Stacey works with everyone in her team to ensure they're able to provide the assistance and advice that will transform a good stay into an exceptional one.

From Johannesburg to Jersey

Born near Johannesburg in South Africa, Stacey first worked in the hospitality sector in Scotland before moving to Jersey seven years ago, fuelled by a desire to live near the sea.

Today, Stacey is proud to call Jersey her home and loves exploring the island on foot, particularly taking coastal walks which allow her to enjoy the island's stunning views, clifftops and beaches.

As part of her work, she has experienced most of the island's tourist attractions. Amongst the many highlights, she recommends a visit to one of the island's castles or the Jersey War Tunnels, where you can learn about the island's incredible history whilst also enjoying the experience of being inside such unusual, historic structures.
