Pomme d’Or Hotel Spring Update
It may have been a slow start to the year here in Jersey, with most of our hospitality industry closed up until mid-February but we are delighted at the latest news that, from Friday 2 April, Government restrictions will be eased further to allow for us to serve alcoholic drinks outside of food service. This means that there will be a few additional changes for our services here at the Pomme over the coming weeks.
In the Harbour Room restaurant, our Easter Sunday lunch will still be seated service for this coming weekend, with the intention to reintroduce buffet carvery service in the coming weeks, so watch this space! 2 metre distancing is still in place until further notice as is a maximum of 10 customers allowed per table. From 2 April alcoholic drinks can be served at the table with or without food and masks must be worn when standing but can now be removed as soon as you are seated.
The Wharf Bar will be open from the 2 April at 12pm until 11pm for table service drinks, perfect for watching the biggest televised sports matches. Again, 2 metre distancing will be in place as will mask wearing when not seated. The Cafe Bar will also be able to resume a drinks only service alongside some delicious new dishes, and is open from 7am until 10pm.
What’s more, we are very excited to be able to welcome UK visitors again from the 26th April, when the Jersey traffic light system will be reintroduced to allow leisure travel back to the island. If you’re looking for the perfect closer-to-home destination with a difference then look no further than Jersey and the Pomme d’Or Hotel!
In the meantime, for Island residents needing a well-deserved night out we’re still offering our special ‘Jersey residents offer’ so you can choose to either dine in our Café Bar or choose from a number of restaurants right on the doorstep and not have to worry about how the get home!
