Seymour pounds are our exciting answer to the humble voucher. Unlike some hotel vouchers, Seymour Pounds can be spent at any of our establishments, on whatever the holder wants to spend them on. They'll be able to choose from meals at any of our fantastic restaurants, overnight stays at any of our diverse hotels, or drinks in any of our unique bars.

Spending Seymour Pounds at The Pomme d'Or

Seymour Pounds can be spent at any of the Pomme's bars and restaurants, including our famous Friday Seafood Buffet and our Sunday carvery spectacular. For a more informal dining experience, Seymour Pound recipients can grab a quick bite at The Café Bar.

Our recently launched cocktail menu is another great way to put Seymour Pounds to use. The menu features classic cocktails from around the world and a modern selection of expertly distilled gins.

Stay the night in town

Seymour Pounds can also be spent on an overnight stay with us here in the centre of St Helier. Our 143 spacious guest rooms are designed and furnished in a comfortable & contemporary style. With cotton bed linen, plump duvets and quadruple glazing, guests enjoy a peaceful sanctuary from busy days spent enjoying St Helier.

Where to buy and how to use

Seymour Pounds can be purchased at any of our hotels' reception areas. That's the Merton, Pomme d'Or and Greenhills. They can be spent at any of our establishments, including the Watersplash.

Seymour Pounds are held on a handy wallet-sized card and presented in a beautifully designed package. There's no need to wrap this powerful little card and they fit perfectly into any Christmas stocking.
