The Pomme d’Or experience gets the TripAdvisor seal of approval

Once again we’ve been awarded Tripadvisor’s Certificate of Excellence. The certificate is awarded to businesses that have earned glowing customer feedback & reviews on TripAdvisor over the last 12 months.

For just under 100 years, fantastic customer service has been at the heart of The Pomme d’Or experience. It’s extremely pleasing to know we're still putting smiles on our guests' faces everyday.

Our Favourite Reviews

Tripadvisor is a great place to hear honest feedback from our guests. For the most part, the reviews leave us feeling an enormous sense of pride and we’d like to share a few of our favourites with you.

Denis R stayed with us with his partner in May 2018 and described the Pomme as "The Pearl of St Helier". He particularly liked the our buffet breakfast saying it was "to die for" and referred to our experienced team as "helpful and friendly at all times".

Lagoonguy returned for his 8th visit during Jersey’s annual boat show and described his stay as "as Brilliant as ever". He wrote kindly about our food, the hotels’ central location and our staff, proclaiming that "the standards this hotel manages to maintain are incredible!"
