This Site is operated by Seymours Limited (trading as Seymour Hotels of Jersey), which has its registered office at 1, Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands JE4 0ZX.

All material on this Site is protected by copyright, and the Site's design, text and graphics (including photographs) and their selection and arrangement belong to Seymours Ltd. Any use of any of this material or any reproduction of the Site's content is strictly prohibited except where expressly permitted under these Terms.
Permission is hereby given to copy electronically, store and/or print individual pages from the Site (but not to photocopy them) only for the purpose of making use of the services described in the Site. You acknowledge that "Seymour Hotels of Jersey" is a trademark and that you may not use it.
Online Reservations/Occupancy
If you use the Seymour Hotels reservation facility included in this Site which is facilitated by Sabre, the terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation apply to each room rate quoted. You should read carefully the booking conditions before completing your reservation. Any special needs must be notified in advance. All reservations are subject to availability. Our online reservation system is facilitated by our CRS partner, Sabre.
Agency Commission
If you are a travel agency without a partnership agreement with us, there are instances when we will pay a commission on a booking. Please note that any commission not claimed within a year of clients check-out date will be invalid and that if commissions are not to be paid in to British Isles GBP Bank Account the payee is liable for all bank charges incurred.
Maximum Number of Guests per Room
Twin and double bedded rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests (2 adults or children occupying a bed and excluding infants in a cot). Twin and double rooms with an extra bed accommodate a maximum of 3 guests (2 adults and 1 child (aged under 12) occupying a bed and excluding infants in a cot). Family rooms accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children occupying beds and excluding infants in a cot).
Bookings for more than the maximum number of guests in any room type will not be accepted. We also reserve the right to adjust the room type to reflect the number of guests booked.
Privacy
Any information which you provide about yourself to Seymours Ltd will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are required to read and acknowledge your agreement with that Privacy Policy before providing us with any information about yourself. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information about you, which you provide to us, is up to date and accurate.
Illegal Use
You may only use the Site for lawful purposes. You must not illegally transmit, distribute or store any material from the Site or violate any applicable regulations in respect to the Site.
Advertisements & Sponsorship
The Site may include information which is provided by third parties, who remain solely responsible for such information. Seymours Limited assumes no responsibility for ensuring that such material provided by third parties is accurate, or that it complies with applicable laws and regulations, and makes no representation that it does so.
Promotions & Offers
Seymours Limited may make available on the Site information regarding specific services, offers or promotions which it is conducting. Any such service, offer or promotion is subject to the specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed in connection with it. Any offer or promotion is void where prohibited by law. All special services, offers and promotions are offered subject to availability.
Changes to Terms
Seymours Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site and/or its contents, including without limitation these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranty & Liability
Seymours Limited makes no express or implied warranty or representation as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of the Site or any part of it. Furthermore, Seymours Limited makes no warranty that the Site and/or its content are free from viruses or any other defect which has contaminating or destructive properties. Seymours Limited will not be liable for any damages (including without limitation loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from your use or inability to use the Site and/or any part of its content.
We will only be liable for any loss or damage which you suffer from your use of the Site which is the direct consequence of our breach of these Terms or from our wilful negligence, and where such loss or damage was foreseeable. Except as expressly stated above, nothing in these Terms will reduce your statutory rights in respect to the manner in which Seymours Limited performs.
Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Jersey law. We both agree, for the benefit of Seymours Limited, that the Courts of Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with or under any agreement between you and Seymours Limited; provided however, that this clause determines jurisdiction for the benefit of Seymours Limited only, and Seymours Limited reserves the right to bring proceedings against you in the courts of any other country where jurisdiction may be established.
General
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Headings in these terms are for convenience only and have no legal meaning or effect. These Terms cannot be varied except in writing by a director of Seymours Limited. No employee or agent of Seymours Limited has the authority orally to vary any of these Terms, and a purported variation by any such employee or agent shall be null and void.

Seymour Pounds Terms & Conditions
Gift Cards
- Seymour Pounds Gift Cards can be purchased at any of our hotels’ reception areas or at the Merton Leisure Club & Aquadome
- Minimum purchase price for a Seymour Pounds Gift card is £25
- Gift Cards are valid for one year and strictly no extensions are available
- Gift cards are only redeemable in the venues across the Seymour Group and can be used against food & beverage, accommodation and all leisure facilities
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and are valid for single or multiple purchases across the Seymour Group
- Seymour Hotels Ltd are not responsible if a Gift Cards is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
- Not applicable for online purchases
- The management retains the right to reject any card that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable
Seymour Pounds (Platinum Cards)
- Seymour Pounds Platinum Cards can be purchased by hotel residents only at any of our hotels’ reception areas
- The cards can only be used whilst resident in one of our properties
- Minimum purchase price for a Seymour Pounds Platinum card is £25
- A discount of 10% will be attributed to all food and beverage purchases across the Seymour Group venues with the exception of The Porter's Store
- Seymour Pounds Platinum Cards are valid for one year and strictly no extensions are available
- Seymour Pounds Platinum cards are only redeemable in the venues across the Seymour Group with the exception of The Porter's Store
- Seymour Pounds Platinum Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and are valid for single or multiple purchases across the Seymour Group
- Seymour Hotels Ltd are not responsible if a cards is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
- Not applicable in The Porter's Store, for online purchases and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers
- Seymour Pounds Platinum cards cannot be used against the cost of accommodation
- The management retains the right to reject any card that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable
